Arcadis Becomes Newest Tenant at R+T Park, Advancing Sustainability and Innovation
The David Johnston Research + Technology Park is excited to welcome Arcadis as one of our newest tenants. Arcadis is…
It is with mixed feelings that the R+T Park is announcing that our Annual Charity Golf Tournament is coming to an end.
Over twelve years, the R+T Park Charity Golf Tournament raised nearly $300 000 for the R+T Park Tenant’s fund! This has allowed us to create a sustainable endowment that will continue to support families and children in the Waterloo Region community for generations to come! We’re incredibly proud of the tournament’s wonderful success and all of the community contributions it has enabled.
For example, I am very excited to say that this year’s endowment allowed us to provide a $10,000 donation to KidsAbility. Click here to read about how R+T Park is making an impact in the lives of children and families in our community.
The decision to no longer run the tournament was not taken lightly, but times change and we’re excited by the opportunity to try something new. R+T Park and our tenants continue to be committed to supporting the Waterloo and look forward to sharing new initiatives to engage people, welcome them to be part of R+T Park, and give back to this amazing community.
I’d like to give an enormous thank you to all of the participants, sponsors and volunteers that have given their support over the last 12 years. Without you, we would never have been able to achieve such success.
Exciting things are coming, so stay tuned for news and updates!
