The Cora Group Expands with New Coworking Space for Smaller Teams

By: Vannalin Bun

The David Johnston Research + Technology Park is proud to support a thriving innovation ecosystem—and that includes celebrating new developments that meet the evolving needs of our community. One such development is the launch of Cora GRID, a coworking space by The Cora Group, now open at evolv1.

While The Cora Group has long been known for managing high-performance spaces for large organizations within the Park, Cora GRID marks an exciting evolution—tailored specifically for smaller teams, startups, and researchers seeking flexibility and professionalism without compromising on quality.

Cora GRID officially began occupancy on July 1, 2025, offering private, fully furnished offices for up to 6 person suites. With a premium shared kitchen, video conferencing equipped meeting rooms, and complimentary beverages and snacks, it provides the ideal environment for focused work, collaboration, and innovation.

A Natural Fit for Sustainable Teams

Located at 420 Wes Graham Way, evolv1 is Canada’s first Zero Carbon Design Certified building and a model for sustainable development. Built to embody environmental leadership and innovation, evolv1 is not only a high-performance building—it’s a statement of values.

With the addition of Cora GRID, the building now offers a workspace option that aligns with the principles of sustainability. The coworking suites gives mission-driven organizations the opportunity to embed themselves in an environment that reflects their own commitment to climate-conscious operations and sustainable growth.

Grand Opening Promotion

As part of their grand opening, The Cora Group is offering a limited-time promotion: first two months of free rent on a one-year lease (subject to suite availability). With suites in high demand, early interest is encouraged.

We’re thrilled to see The Cora Group expand its offerings to serve the Park’s growing community of entrepreneurs, researchers, and innovation-driven teams.
