R+T Park Spotlight: Sustainable Waterloo Region
Sustainable Waterloo Region is a nonprofit dedicated to making Waterloo Region and Canada the most sustainable place we can be. This team was instrumental in bring evolv1, Canada’s most sustainable office building, to life right here in R+T Park.
Sustainable Waterloo Region’s mission is to enable local organizations to convert their sustainability interest into action. They support members of our community in a variety of ways to help find the intersection of financial and environmental sustainability. Their programs focus on organizational sustainability practices, commuting behaviour, re-generative buildings, community GHG impacts and electric vehicles.
