With sports leagues, summer beer gardens, charity fundraising events, walking and biking trails, and a 250-acre environmental reserve, it’s the perfect place for highly engaged teams that want to do more than just punch a clock.

With over 100 people playing on more than twelve teams, our tenants take active living and having fun seriously. We have beach volleyball, slo-pitch, and soccer—and we’re always open to new ideas for team sports.

Giving Back
R+T Park tenants are passionate about making our community and the world a better place. Year after year, they find the time, energy, and resources to raise funds, collect donations, and volunteer in the community.
In 2006, we started the David Johnston R+T Park Community Impact Fund. Over the past 13 years, we have raised more than $300,000 to help create a sustainable, ongoing investment in local charities. In the past, we’ve supported organizations such as Women’s Crisis Services, KidsAbility, KidSport KW, and many others.
